Catering information

Catering offered daily to all participants and registered listeners:
Coffee and tea with cake (coffee breaks), light  lunch (cheese and vegetable sandwich, fruits, juice)

Workshop Garden Buffet dinner will be held at the Garden of the British institute at Ankara and it is offered only to paper presenters, chairs and discussants.

Salatalar& Zeytinyağlılar: Zeytinyağlı Enginar Kalbi, Soslu Deniz Börülcesi, Zeytinyağlı Patlıcan Dolması, Mevsim Yeşilleri Salatası, Domates –Biber- Salatalık Söğüş

Sıcaklar:   Izgara Sebzeler (10 kişilik) (Mantar-Kabak-Biber-Patlıcan-Domates), Mangalda  Köfte, Tavuk Külbastı veya Kanat, Kuzu Pirzola, Sucuk

Nohutlu Pilav (et veya tavuk suyu kullanmadan hazırlanacaktır), Ekmek Çeşitleri

Tatlı: Vanilyalı Dondurma/Meyve, Paşa Lokumu

Drinks: Soft drinks, Wine (red/white), Rakı
